Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Unfortunately as we are a small business we cannot guarantee timely delivery of untracked packages, we will do everything that we are able to to make sure you get your purchase but cannot unfortunately grant refunds/reshipments for untracked items that are lost in transit. If an item needs to arrive by a certain time or you are concerned about international shipping (as we are located in Canada), we urge you to choose a shipping option that provides a Tracking Number.
If you live in the Lower Mainland and would like to avoid paying for shipping by picking up an order from us you are more than welcome to, just use coupon code "LOCALPICKUP" and send us a message to setup a pickup time and location. If we don't hear from you within a few days we will unfortunately cancel your order, so please get in contact shortly after or before placing your order.
